- —A $750 non-refundable holding fee reserves your chosen kitten.
- —This fee removes the kitten from availability and reflects our commitment to you.
- —The holding fee applies toward the final purchase price if payment and pickup timelines are met.
- —Ownership transfers only after full payment and delivery.
We understand that sometimes preferences evolve, so we do offer limited transfer options under specific conditions, especially before a kitten reaches six weeks of age.

Deposit Transfer Policy
Before Six Weeks of Age
Your holding fee transfers in full toward another available kitten.
After Six Weeks
Transfers may still be possible (at our discretion), with clear guidelines that fairly allocate any price difference.
We aim to be flexible while also honoring the time, care, and planning invested in each kitten.

Payment & Pickup
- —Balance is due by 10 weeks of age.
- —Pickup is expected by 12 weeks of age unless otherwise arranged.
If a family needs a little extra time, we're happy to offer short-term boarding for up to two weeks when requested in advance. A modest daily boarding fee applies to help cover care during the extended stay.
Open communication is always appreciated — we understand that life happens, and we aim to work together whenever possible.

Health Comes First
The health and development of every Ethereal kitten is our top priority.
- —Each kitten is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
- —We provide a one-year warranty against life-threatening hereditary defects.
- —A veterinary check within 72 hours of pickup is required.
- —In the rare event of a qualifying hereditary issue, replacement is the primary remedy; however, at our sole discretion, we may elect to offer a refund instead.
We are transparent, responsible, and act in good faith — always in the kitten's best interest.

Indoor Companion Commitment
Our kittens are raised as cherished indoor companions.
- —They may not roam outdoors unsupervised.
- —They may not be declawed.
- —Should circumstances ever change, we are always available to accept one of our cats back at any time.
We remain committed to every kitten for life.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our kittens are sold as pets.
- —Spay/neuter is required.
- —Breeding rights require prior written agreement.
